These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the services provided by DigiTruck Solutions ("we", "us", "our"), including website development, SEO, digital marketing, and truck dispatching. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

We provide website design and development, SEO, digital marketing (including Google and Meta ad management), AI automation, video editing, branding, and a separate truck dispatch service for carriers. The scope, timeline, and price of any project will be agreed with you in writing (email or a proposal) before work begins.

2. Quotes and Payment

• Quotes are estimates based on the information provided at the time and may change if the scope changes.
• Unless otherwise agreed, projects require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due on completion or per an agreed payment schedule.
• Dispatch service fees are billed as a percentage of linehaul per load booked, as agreed at sign-up, with no long-term contract.
• Late payments may result in paused work or suspended services.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any content, logins, or documents (for example, carrier authority letters or insurance certificates) needed to deliver the service. Delays in providing these may delay your project.

4. Intellectual Property

Once paid in full, you own the final website files and creative assets we deliver for your project, excluding any third-party licenses (stock photos, fonts, plugins) which remain subject to their own terms. We may showcase completed work in our own portfolio and marketing unless you ask us not to.

5. Dispatch Service Terms

Our dispatch service is a separate offering from our website and marketing services. We dispatch for carriers with an active MC/DOT number, and do not guarantee any specific load volume or rate. Carriers remain independently responsible for their equipment, insurance, and compliance obligations.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services, including lost revenue or lost loads, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Termination

Either party may end an ongoing service agreement with reasonable written notice. Fees for work already completed remain due.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which DigiTruck Solutions operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when they were last revised.
